Carrot Cake Smoothie

Serves: 1 big glass
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 Tbs almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 2 carrots (big carrots, washed and cut into thirds)
- ¼-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 5 dates or small handful of raisins
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Ice Cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process until well blended and carrot is well processed.
- This smoothie will make a large serving.
