Carrot Cake Smoothie

A healthy, simple sugar free smoothie combination with antioxidants, and kid friendly.
Ingredients
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 1 Tbs almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 2 carrots (big carrots, washed and cut into thirds)
  • ¼-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 dates or small handful of raisins
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Ice Cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until well blended and carrot is well processed.
  2. This smoothie will make a large serving.
  3. Enjoy
